- The Distributed Milliman Application utility is a Web Application and implemented using PostgreSQL version is 8.2.7 with
ThinWire framework. ThinWire is an Ajax based RIA framework for building zero footprint Ajax browser
applications that feel like desktop GUI applications. Because all procedure done on a web server user
do not need to have Java Engine installed to be able to use the application. However user need to have
PostgreSQL installed and configured to access the remote Database.
